Transcorp Hotels Plc has reported a 36 per cent rise in profit before tax (pre-tax profit) to ₦22.4 billion for the third quarter (Q3) of the year.
The company revealed this in its unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, released on Monday, October 20 to the investing public.
The report shows that Transcorp Hotels, a hospitality subsidiary of Transnational Corporation Plc, is recording outstanding performance across key metrics.

The company reported 49 per cent growth in revenue to ₦72.31 billion from ₦48.49 billion in Q3 2024.
Its gross profit margin, which indicates how efficiently the company generated profit from its sales, expanded to 76 per cent, up from 71 per cent.
Its pre-tax profit surged 36 per cent to ₦22.4 billion from ₦16.44 billion in Q3 2024 while profit after tax improved 44.73 per cent to ₦14.82 billion from ₦10.24 billion.
According to Transcorp Hotels, the performance reflects its sustained focus on operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer-centric innovation, reinforcing its leadership in Nigeria’s hospitality sector.
Recently, the company commissioned the 5,000-seat Transcorp Centre to position Nigeria as Africa’s hub for world-class meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE), stating that its future-ready growth strategy is anchored on sustainability and innovation as it continues to unlock exceptional value for shareholders.
