The Ogun State Sector Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has appointed Superintendent Route Commander Afolabi Odunsi-Oyewole as its new Public Education Officer.
Sector Commander Akinwunmi Fasakin announced the appointment on Tuesday, following the death of the former spokesperson, Florence Okpe, who passed away on October 28, 2025, after a prolonged illness.

In a statement, Fasakin said Odunsi-Oyewole, who holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Psychology and hails from Lagos State, has served in various capacities across FRSC formations. He described him as a seasoned officer well-suited for the role.

The Sector Commander reaffirmed the command’s commitment to road safety and urged the public to cooperate fully with the newly appointed spokesperson.
