Business leaders and executives across Nigeria have been urged to adopt intentional strategies for empowering their workforce as the key to unlocking long-term organisational success.
The advice was given during the Emages Executive Talk Show 3.0 organised by Emages Multimedia Ltd through its professional network, Executive Platforms, at The Providence Hotel, Lagos.
The one-day high-level forum that held during the weekend drew a diverse audience of CEOs, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, public sector leaders, investors, and young professionals.
Speaking at the event themed “Equipping People and Organisations to Unleash Sustained Performance,” the Convener of Executive Platforms and Chief Executive Director of Emages Multimedia Ltd, Mr. Elawure Omotayo, said sustained performance is not accidental.
“When you come to this programme, you’ll learn how to make the people in your organisation bigger than they’ve been and have a bigger impact than they’ve had,” Omotayo stated.
He added, “We believe that sustained performance is not accidental; it is intentional. It is built through the right mindset, strategic leadership, continuous learning and the deliberate empowerment of people. Organisations that endure are those that invest not only in results but in the capacity of their people to innovate, adapt and lead.”
The event featured a robust lineup of keynote presentations, executive panel sessions, case study reviews, and interactive roundtable discussions. Key speakers included Professor Ademola Adedipe, Managing Consultant at Phillips Consulting, who delivered the keynote address; Dr. Niyi Adesanya, CEO of Fifth Gear Plus Limited, as Distinguished Guest Speaker; and Mr. Paschal Obinna Dike, CEO of Dega Multi Concept Limited, as Executive Speaker.
