Veteran Nollywood actor Chiwetalu Agu has dismissed rumours of his death, calling them false and misleading.
The speculation stemmed from a viral post claiming he died after battling diabetes and undergoing spine surgery.
But in a video shared on Instagram, Agu assured fans he is alive, healthy, and not going anywhere soon.

He blamed attention-seeking bloggers for spreading the fake news, noting that similar death rumours had trailed him in 2020.
“All because of likes and comments, a blogger wrongly announced my death. Let me shock you: I am not dying any time soon. I will be the one to bury my enemies,” he declared.

He urged fans to disregard the rumour and report the page behind the false post.
