ADC to Aggrieved Members: Challenge David Mark’s Leadership in Court

The African Democratic Congress (ADC), has advised members dissatisfied with the party’s leadership under former Senate President, David Mark, to seek redress in court.

The National Publicity Secretary of the party, Bolaji Abdullahi, gave the advice during an interview on Channels Television’s Politics Today programme.

Abdullahi’s remarks followed the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC}, recognition of the new leadership of the party. He noted that the delay in granting the recognition had raised concerns among members about INEC’s stance on the issue.

According to him, the confirmation by the electoral body has now empowered the ADC to formally register new members across the country.

“The ADC is not in a leadership tussle with anyone. Whoever is against David Mark’s leadership of the party should seek redress in the court of law,” Abdullahi stated.
