President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has described the late business mogul and elder statesman, Alhaji Aminu Dantata, as a man known for his deep generosity and service to the poor.

The president made the remarks during a condolence visit to the Dantata family at their residence, Koki House, in Kano State on Friday, following the death of the elder philanthropist.

While speaking with members of the bereaved family, President Tinubu recalled how the late Dantata spent much of his life helping the less privileged.

“Dantata was a generous man. He fed hungry people in the markets and beyond,” the president said. “He lived a life of service, especially to the poor and needy.”

Tinubu added that the legacy of the elder Dantata would remain a source of inspiration to younger generations, especially those in business and philanthropy.
