Jaiz Bank Plc, Nigeria’s pioneer non-interest (Islamic) bank, has unveiled a new corporate identity.

The event, held on Tuesday at the bank’s Corporate Head Office in Abuja, marked what the bank described as a “defining milestone” in its 14-year journey of ethical banking.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Haruna Musa, said the rebrand represents more than a cosmetic change. According to him, it is a bold statement of intent to modernise, refresh the brand, and deepen customer trust.

“Today is more than just a celebration of a new look; it is a defining milestone in our journey. This rebrand is not cosmetic it is about who we are, what we stand for, and the future we are building,” Dr. Musa stated.

The new identity features a redesigned logo, a fresh colour palette, and a new payoff line: “With You for Life.”

The bank is retiring its green and gold colours and introducing three new tones. Deep Blue represents trust and stability. Yellow stands for optimism and innovation. Grey conveys sophistication and balance.

Dr. Musa stressed that while the outward look has changed, the foundation of Jaiz Bank remains the same. Its values and Shariah-compliant principles still define every service.

“With our refreshed identity, our focus is clear: to deliver accessible, ethical banking that celebrates Nigeria’s rich cultural and religious diversity,” he explained.

Global Recognition

Jaiz Bank also highlighted recent awards that affirm its growing profile in non-interest banking worldwide.

The CEO noted that these honours are not just accolades. Instead, they reflect the trust of customers and the resilience of the bank’s model.

The unveiling was attended by board members, regulators, staff, customers, and members of the media.

With its new identity, Jaiz Bank signals its readiness to sustain its leadership in non-interest banking in Nigeria while expanding its reach across Africa and beyond.
